The Low Vision Rehabilitation Center at Stony Point is central Virginia's only full-time private low vision rehabilitation center. Since 1998 we have been helping the vision impaired in Richmond resume their daily living activities, regain their independence, and improve their quality of life.
Dr. William L. Park, MD
Dr. William L. Park is the director of Low Vision Services at the Sight Preservation Center at Stony Point. He is certified by the state of Michigan in sub-normal vision and is a fellow of the
American Academy of Optometry in the field of Low Vision. Dedicated to the field of low vision, Dr. Park specializes in Vision Rehabilitation. He helps patients that suffer from vision disabling
conditions whether from birth, disease or acquired. Read more.

Mary Bullock, Licensed Occupational Therapist
Ms. Bullock specializes in low vision rehabilitation for individuals with permanent vision loss. She has been with our program since its inception in 1997. She is an occupational therapist with a 32 year career working with individuals who have physical, cognitive or visual challenges. Ms. Bullock maintains a clinical faculty position at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Allied Health Professions, Department of Occupational Therapy. She is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
