Dr. Mullen attended the Medical College of Georgia where he received his MD. He completed an internship at Baylor College of Medicine in internal medicine, followed by a residency in Ophthalmology at the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Mullen is board certified in Ophthalmology and has been in practice for over 20 years.

Dr. Wesley Mullen practices Comprehensive Ophthalmology including eye examinations, advanced cataract and implant surgery, Lasik, treatment of eye injuries and infections, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Mullen has been in practice in Richmond for over 20 years and is Board Certified, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Past President of the Virginia Society of Ophthalmology, a member of the Richmond Academy of Medicine and past President of the Richmond Eye, Ear and Nose and Throat Society.
