Dr. Shaia specializes in Meniere’s Disease, cochlear implantation, dizziness and balance, pediatric hearing loss, chronic ear infctions, pediatric ear infections, facial nerve paralysis, and tumors of the ear.
EDUCATION
Dr. Shaia received his MD from the Medical Collegeof Virginia, followed by completion of residency in otolaryngology. He then completed a two year accredited otology and skull base surgery fellowship at the Michigan Ear Institute.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Shaia is board certified in otolaryngology specializing in the diagnosis and management of Meniere’s Disease, cochlear implantation, dizziness and balance, pediatric hearing loss, chronic ear infctions, pediatric ear infections, facial nerve paralysis, and tumors of the ear.
