Education

Dr. Cooper attended Tulane University School of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine, followed by an internship at the Medical College of Virginia and an ophthalmology residency also at the Medical College of Virginia. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. 

Experience

Dr. Cooper has served the Richmond area for over 15 years.  He is an experienced cataract and laser surgeon and is certified to perform the newest laser vision correction procedures to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.

Dr. Cooper is in private practice.
