Yaoming Gu, M.D.

Education
Dr. Gu received his MD from the China Medical University in China, and he completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He then completed a fellowship in orthopedics at the Orthopedic and Reconstructive Center in Oklahoma City. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Practice
Dr. Gu is an assistant professor for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Gu is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, North American Spine Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Pain Society.
