Patient Testimonials, Our patients say it best!

Rarely a day goes by that we don't receive letter of thanks from a patient or a family member of a patient. First we would like to say thanks for taking the time to write and praise our staff. (Mouse over the scrolling text to stop it in place; click the browser reload button to repeat.)

Great place! I received wonderful care from all. Thank you! – Amy P.

My experience (surgery) was above excellent, from checking IV till the time I left. Dr. Lipstock, the nurses, associates; also his office staff was fabulous. Thanks for everything. – Lewis H.

The only thing better would for you to be West instead of South. To me, Southside is going to Japan. You all were very friendly and jolly. See you 6/17/10. Love, Miss Peggy. – Peggy W.

From the minute we walked through the surgery doors no one could have been any more helpful. Everyone involved was very informative and had great attitudes. It felt like we had extra family with us. They all seemed like a great team – communication was great throughout everything. – Mark.

This is the 4th time here. – C.E. B.

Everything was good. – Anon

Loved the warm blanket in pre-op. – Valaria V.

‘Insertion of IV’ – Best ever. – Terry D.

Each person involved in my son’s procedure was very kind, personable and really good with children (at least with mine). They were informative, took time to answer questions and kept us informed during procedure. – Anon.

Would like to commend Sharon, Heather, Priscilla and Trisha for their work well done. – Corrine P.

On arrival I felt nervous and anxious. I was soon put at ease by the caring staff. Dr. Astruc is a great caring person. Exceptionally clear in his concern for his patient. I can’t see much room, if any, for improvement. – Maureen M.

Nothing (needed to improve) – The 5-Star service was great. – John S.

Overall survey should leave no necessity for improvement. – Paul W.

Sharon, Trish, Heather and Dr. Michael made this a very satisfactory experience. – Donald O.

When family knows surgery will be a 20-minute procedure and hears nothing for 2 ½ hours after patient is taken from reception and fear sets in – someone should have found time to let them know earlier case took longer. – Maria M.
